1-800 Happy Birthday is installing Eric’s dedicated phone booth in the park and hosting a birthday celebration featuring card writing, family activities, food, music, and art.

In collaboration with his mother Gwen Carr, Eric Garner’s family, E.R.I.C. Initiative Foundation, and NYC Parks, wish Eric a happy heavenly 56th birthday, listen to voicemails left for him, and gather with community for an afternoon honoring his life. 

The phone booth installation is free and open to the public, viewable 24 hours a day.
