In collaboration with Reverend Wanda Johnson (Mother of Oscar Grant), Mohammad Gorjestani and Even/Odd, WORTHLESSSTUDIOS presents a series of panel conversations between Mothers and family members who have lost loved ones to police and state violence. These moderated panels took place on the opening weekend of the 1-800 Happy Birthday exhibition. The panelists shared their own stories of seeking justice, healing, and will share memories of their family members, as well as resources for ways the greater public can support the legacies of their loved ones.
