Black Caesar is the upcoming sophomore album of bassist, singer, and composer Russell Hall featuring some of the finest artists in New York City. The piece was created in conjunction with the modern civil rights movement that took place in 2020 with the merciless killings of unarmed people of color. The music harks on virtually all eras of music, from classic jazz, folk, rock-and-roll to RNB and beyond.
