TANner Pendleton

Tanner Pendleton is a visual artist working with photography and film. He received his MFA at Yale School of Art in 2024, where he was awarded the Dean’s Prize. Pendleton’s images, and the worlds they assemble, merge conscious with unconscious to unravel traces of self beyond a smog of human-social-conditioning. Using archetypes and symbols within arm’s reach, he questions photographic authenticity, oscillating between traditional forms of black and white photography and alternative processes.
